The list contains precise contact information of minimum 3, maximum 10 companies interested in the given export- product and the address data of contact people.

Package 2: Organizing private business meetings for foreign companies in Hungary Organization of several company presentations for foreign companies in Hungary. The presentation is organized in accordance with pre-arranged time and place suggested by the company.

Package 3: Sectoral business meeting in Hungary Organization of a business meeting for foreign companies of the same sector in Hungary. At the occasion of the meeting we organize coordinated meetings for companies of the same sectors (for the businessmen delegation) in the target market. At the occasion of the meeting a sector is selected as the subject-matter of the meeting. After a brief presentation of the sector, bilateral meetings take place “in a revolving manner”. Meetings are preorganized in accordance with the preferences of foreign companies. The business meeting is an advanced service as invitation of potential partners is in accordance with the preferences of the companies. Service is provided for several companies at the same time for a predetermined deadline.

Service target price: from 1.750, - USD on per company, application of minimum 3 foreign companies is required. The target price allows participation of 6-10 Hungarian partner companies. Package 4: Organization of a specific professional forum in Hungary At the occasion of the professional forum the products and services of a particular company are presented to the potential buyers or suppliers (that is, the products and services of a particular company are presented to several companies at the same time). The companies invited are appointed by the agency, the foreign mandatory company and the domestic and foreign professional associations.

Package 5: Support for capital export Nowadays foreign capital export is of great importance in the external expansion of companies. The process of capital export is forecast to accelerate in the following years. It is therefore justified to put greater emphasis on supporting capital export and to deal with it more methodically, more efficiently and in a better organized way. Service includes finding an acquisition target in the investing destinations, primarily in Hungary and in the European Union. This includes monitoring of privatisation tenders in the sphere of interest of the particular company and selection of companies suggested for sale (or for acquisition) in accordance with given criteria. Professional participation in the holding of meetings is guaranteed on request.
